Overview

The Economics and Finance course  offered at the University of Bristolm, structure is largely fixed, with core units in economics, finance and econometrics each year, but you can also choose from a range of optional units.

Previous economics units have included Economics of Developing Countries, and International Economics. Previous finance units have included Financial Crises, International Finance, and Portfolio Management.

You will complete a dissertation in the final year from a choice of topics. While most assessment on this course is by way of closed-book examinations at the end of each semester, your dissertation will make up one fifth of your final degree result.
