Programme Structure

For Full Time Students:

  • Please enrol in Honours A (25%) and B (25%) in one semester and Honours C (25%) and D (25%) in the following semester.

For Part Time Students:

  • Please enrol in Honours A (25%) in one semester, followed by Honours B (25%) in the following semester and so on.

General Requirements

  • Entrants to the degree of Bachelor of Agriculture with Honours will have qualified for admission to the BAgr or an appropriate Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent at an approved tertiary institution. Candidates would normally be expected to obtain at least a credit average in their final year undergraduate units.
  • Candidature will be subject to appropriate supervision being available for the thesis topic approved by the School and subject to satisfying the prerequisites required for the chosen field of study.
