Overview
The goal of the Geoscience Engineering program of Rutgers University is to train students to combine evaluative and remedial capabilities in one degree. The program is rigorous and designed to prepare graduates for technical and management positions in industry or to continue their education in graduate studies.
The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences offers unique geoscience education and research opportunities. We focus on applied environmental education and research that serves well students wishing to pursue careers in the growing environmental consulting sector that is strong in New Jersey.
