Overview

The electronics technician applies electronics theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, technical mathematics, physics, and related subjects to design, build, repair and modify electronics equipment such as computers, communication equipment and automated manufacturing. The Electronics Engineering Technology program is offered at Oklahoma State University.

To provide the flexibility required in the electrical science and electronics industries, the curriculum offers a solid foundation in mathematics, science and electronics.

The Science and Engineering Division provides the latest technology and instruction in the architecture, computer applications / programming & technologies, construction, engineering and science fields in the Oklahoma City area. The division strives to keep the latest technologies in the classroom and provide the best educational opportunity for all students. Many of the courses are transferable toward a Bachelor of Science degree at one of the state’s comprehensive universities.
