This Property Development and Management Hons programme from the University of Greenwich is designed for students with an interest in property design, investment, development and management. It provides an opportunity for students to experience a comprehensive range of disciplines associated with the property industry.
The programme will be of interest to those looking for a career in property consultancy intending to work within firms specialising in property investment, valuation or building surveying practice, for example.
In addition, the programme will be attractive to entrepreneurs who are looking to build a career in property development. There are also career opportunities within central and local government.
The university is investing £76 million in a new building to house the campus library, TV studios and academic facilities for disciplines including architecture, design and construction. Stockwell Street is a short walk from the Greenwich Campus and this programme will be delivered there from 2014.

Applicants must have successfully completed 11 or 12 years of full time education, and demonstrated competence in mathematics (usually equivalent to GCSE grade C).
If you were educated in a language other than English and/or in a country where English speakers are in a minority, you should have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent. If you require a Tier 4 (General) student visa to study in the UK, your score must be from a UK Visas and Immigration approved IELTS test.
