Fashion Design and Development (Hons)

Overview

The Fashion Design and Development (Hons)  Bachelor of Arts  validated programme offered at Marbella Design Academy is designed to accomplish high academic standards in an exciting exploration of the latest techniques and processes of the Fashion Industry.

The highly educated and professional tutors at Marbella Design Academy nurture our students to be individuals, daring them to think out of the box.

We teach and encourage design creativity, originality and imagination combined with commercial business sense across most areas of Fashion. Ranging from street wear, sportswear, contemporary fashion, evening wear and “Pret-a-Porter”. We cover “A to Z” of this fantastic industry and we will guide each individual student through the different stages of structured formal education to final Graduation, and to even job application so that they are fully prepared to face their next challenge and their chosen proposed career path.

Owing to our small class sizes, the tutor/students contact time and quality of interaction are higher than in most universities. Tuition is given in a friendly atmosphere and presented with passion and dedication by our highly professional tutors. The students are valued as individuals and each is encouraged in their own personal creative style. 

Our students achieve outstanding results; over 50% of our graduates of the last three years have been awarded a 1st Class with Honours degree award.
