Overview

You’ll study topics that fundamentally underpin HR management, including legal issues, economics, people resourcing, accounting and marketing. You’ll then move on to specialist modules such as organisational psychology, employment relations, individual employment law, ethics, contemporary HRD and performance management. Once you’ve completed the Human Resource Management (Hons) course, offered by University of Hertfordshire, you can apply for associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

  • Standard IB offer ie 72 points from a minimum of 2 HL subjects at H4 or above.
  • GCSE Maths and English Language at grade 4 (C) or above.
  • ‘All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency, equivalent to an overall IELTS score of 6 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band.
