
Overview
Emphasis is placed on a behavioral science/management approach in which the understanding of individual behavior and group processes is combined with the techniques of the management of personnel within an organization.
This interdisciplinary approach draws from the field of Management, Social Psychology and Organizational Behavior to read skills in interpersonal and intergroup relations.
Upon successful completion of the Management with an Emphasis in Human Resources Management program from Webster University Athens students will be able to:
- Identify and apply appropriate terminology, facts, concepts, principles, analytic techniques and theories used in management when analyzing moderately complex situations.
- Analyze and integrate important concepts, principles and theories used in management into solutions to moderately complex management problems.
