About Blood Component Transfusion at Swansea University
Your initial four days of training will be at Swansea University with an additional three days at Birmingham, (this could soon be changing to Swansea University campus). Further action learning study days will take place between 12-14 days via gotomeetings online.
Our PG Cert in Blood Component Transfusion programme at Swansea University opens up career development opportunities for non-medical healthcare practitioners across a range of disciplines and specialities.

- To apply for this course you must be employed by the NHS and have a first degree 2:2 or a minimum of 2 years experience as a Transfusion Practitioner. This course is not open to international applicants.
