Scanned copies of the original transcripts for all courses at high school or internationally accepted standardized test scores (e.g., SAT/ACT/A-Level/AP/IB).
Scanned copies of valid passport information pages (valid for more than two years).
Certificates of language proficiency of Chinese or English.
Personal statement or study plan.
