Overview

Mechanical Engineering – degree program carried out at the International Faculty of Engineering by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology. The program includes: mechanics, automation, control theory, applications of electronics, and practical and theoretical training in the design and operation of modern mechatronic devices. Students learn the fundamentals of construction, methods of designing mechanical-electronic devices, biomedical engineering, measurement process automation, advanced technologies, and new materials. They learn to use professional computer software; they also become familiar with selected IT, economics, regulatory, and environmental topics.

Graduate profile

Graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering are prepared to work in industries manufacturing mechanical and mechatronic systems - electromechanical, automotive, household appliances, aerospace, machine tools industry. They will also be employed in industries and other facilities operating and servicing mechanical and mechatronic systems as well as machines and equipment in which they are used.
