
Overview
This Bachelor's program is offered jointly by Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology. You learn to spot trends for businesses, government agencies or nonprofit organizations. Besides the technical side of the program, you will be focusing on societal issues - legal, social, ethical, business, and entrepreneurial - relating to Data Science .
This joint program brings together the best of two universities; Tilburg University's expertise in Econometrics, Business Administration and Law is combined with Eindhoven University of Technology's expertise in Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering. Both universities add their expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Statistics.
Besides the technical aspects, the program covers the legal, social, ethical, and business aspects of Data Science. This multidisciplinary character makes our Data Science program unique in its kind.
Data science will only be growing in importance, given the staggering growth of data every second of every day, and will give you great career opportunities.
Career prospects
Most students choose to do a Master's program after obtaining their Bachelor's degree. Your career depends partly on the Master's program you will do. Graduates end up working, for example, in banking institutions, the government, telecom providers or consultancy firms. There are also graduates who start their own businesses.

- The Joint Bachelor's program in Data Science has been formally accredited by the NVAO, the Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders.
- Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology are both proud co-founders of JADS, the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science.
