Overview

The Department of Agriculture, Agribusiness and Environmental Sciences prepares students in the Agriculture - Agriculture Science - General Agriculture program from both rural and urban backgrounds for employment in agribusiness, agricultural education, agricultural production and technology, agronomy, horticulture, soil and environmental science, or government service.

Learning outcomes

In addition, Texas A&M University - Kingsville encourage students to gain career-related experience through research projects and off-campus internships. Certified, literal translations of all credentials officially issued in any language other than English. An ACT or SAT is not part of the admission requirement; however, either test may be used for placement purposes in English and math courses as well as a TOEFL alternative.
Texas Success Initiative (TSI) exams are not part of the admission requirement; however, all undergraduates are required to take one of the tests prior to registration.
