Why do we exist?

Most BBA graduates have an empty LinkedIn profile and have to start their careers with little work and life experience.

However, at Team Academy, you graduate with four years of work experience. You start projects, and businesses, earn money, work on your skills and develop personally and professionally. You’ll make the best use of your time as a student.  

‘Change is the only constant’ and you need to be creative, innovative & conscious to be able to adapt to new situations.

How do we do it?

Our accredited Bachelor of Business Administration program uses unique methods and tools to help you get a head start as a successful entrepreneur or business person.

Learn inspiring topics like Innovation Leadership, Value Proposition Design, and Building High-Performance Teams, as well as business basics such as Law & Marketing from experienced entrepreneurs and business mentors.

The diverse study program will help you develop your creativity and communication skills, and design your future, all while becoming a team player and entrepreneur who dares to start unique ideas.

Learning by doing - being an entrepreneur

At Team Academy, you launch your own business or entrepreneurial project during your study. You create real products and services, design your own marketing strategy, work with real clients, and earn real profits, by applying everything you learn into practice immediately. All this while having personal and team coaching, working on your soft skills, learning how to reflect, evaluate, and therefore developing as an all-around human being.

Learning in teams 

Learn in small teams of like-minded entrepreneurs. Participate in workshops and masterclasses, do business, travel the world, and learn and work as a team. Together you’ll improve your communication skills, creativity, support each other, collaborate, and build a lifelong connection.

Learning from the best 

Our students are supported by a team of coaches, business mentors, and field experts. Our staff includes a combination of high-level educators and top professionals and experienced entrepreneurs. We’re proud to have a ratio of 1 staff member to every 3 students.

Learning and traveling 

Every year you’ll travel to different international destinations. Together with your team, you’ll explore countries like Romania, South Africa, the USA, and more. You’ll work with local students and companies, build connections for your business, and join a network of creative Team Academy students.

Accreditation

 The Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship is accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) since May 2015 registered under Isat 30117 in the Central Register of Higher Education Programmes (CROHO).
