Gain practical experience on field trips, site visits, and industry placements.

Use your combined architecture and quantity surveying and cost engineering skills in careers with private developers, government bodies and communities to enhance established neighbourhoods, and shape new suburbs, cities and regions.

Progress onto the proposed two year Master of Architecture (available from 2022) and gain the required practical experience to become an architect.

Combining architecture with quantity surveying and cost engineering, the Architecture - Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering (Honours) program at Queensland University of Technology will put you in a unique position where you will be able to not only conceptualise and create amazing structures, but also provide the much-needed advice on the financial and legal aspects of the construction and operation of those structures, as well as existing buildings.
