Overview
Denturist Technology from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology includes 2 years of theoretical and technical training and 1 year of practicum placement in a clinical environment. You will also have the opportunity to practice on state-of-the-art equipment in one of NAIT’s 9 dedicated treatment rooms in the NAIT Dental Clinic.
Careers
Graduates of the Denturist Technology program are in demand and work in private clinics owned by registered denturists. Depending on where you would like to work in Canada, you may be required to complete an internship of 1 or 2 years (depending on the laws of the province) and pass examinations specified by the regulatory body.
