Enhance your HR skills with this human resources advanced diploma

Students who have completed the two-year human resources diploma program can continue for a third year to earn this human resources advanced diploma. Upon completion, students will have a sound base in analytical skills, professional communication, leadership and dispute resolution. The Business Administration - Human Resources program of Fanshawe College has a number of experiential learning opportunities for in-class students (e.g., mentorship, HR Community Consultancy), where students interact with human resources professionals in the field.

You’ll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.

Business - Human Resources Ontario College Diploma from Fanshawe College with a minimum overall average of 'C+' (2.5 cumulative GPA)

An equivalent qualification from another institution as judged by the College with a minimum overall average of 'C+' (2.5 cumulative GPA)

A combination of relevant education and work experience in a related field as judged by the College to be equivalent to the above

Applicants whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate proficiency in English
