At the Music Bachelor program from the University of the Sunshine Coast is taught by award-winning industry professionals and recording artists, this degree builds your creative, technical, performance and entrepreneurial skills to prepare you for a dynamic future.
In this program you will hone your songwriting and performance craft under the guidance of leading industry practitioners, including ARIA award-winning artists. You'll develop your music production and sound design skills by managing recording sessions in USC’s custom-built recording and editing studios.
You'll learn about all aspects of the modern music economy, including music management, intellectual property management, public relations, agency operations and more.

- Students will be required to submit a digital portfolio of work for entry into the Bachelor of Music. This portfolio will include 3 creative works of either original or covered music. The digital submission can contain video, audio, or written work.
- For entry into most USC undergraduate degree programs, you need to have completed a minimum level of education similar to successful completion of Australian Year 12 with good grades.
Further studies, for example, a semester or more at college or university, can also be considered for entry and may give you credit transfer towards a degree.
