What will you learn?

At the beginning at the Psychology degree from University of Navarra we will provide you with the necessary instructions with subjects such as Biological Foundations of Behaviour, Psychometry and Fundamentals of Research. To have a good foundation it is important to know the most relevant facts about the history of psychology, theories and methods.

From the early years, we want you to receive an integrated education, which will allow you to learn about the biological instructions of personality and human behaviour, understanding how they work and how they influence the various aspects of human life.

The last two years are dominated by more specific training, which prepares you to enter the labour market with training that is more in line with your preferences and abilities.

We want to give you specialised training, so we offer you a wide range of optional subjects so that you can choose the profile that best suits your personal characteristics and the direction you wish to give to your professional career.

In addition to academic training, we want to give you a solid human and cultural education that will enable you to work in a spirit of service, respecting the freedom and dignity of people and their environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect and teamwork.

General requirements

Candidates have to take an exam which will be either face-to-face if they live in Spain or another European country or online if they live outside Europe. This test accounts for 40% of our admission criteria; the remaining 60% are the grades of high school program (or equivalent).
Our Degrees are officially recognised and, therefore, the prospective students must be admitted to the Spanish university system through the university entrance exam or the corresponding accreditation.
If you are studying in a country outside the European Union, in addition to the above tests, we will also carry out an assessment of professional competences. For students with special needs, the University offers you the possibility to take a Unit for the Care of People with Disabilities (UADP).
