Overview
This Industrial Design Engineering and Global Industrial Design Engineering programme at University of Navarra arises as a consequence of the creation of great opportunities for innovation as a result of the globalisation of the economy and the accelerated technological progress we are witnessing. Those who are able to creatively employ new technologies in order to design new products and services - contributing to improving people's lives - are the first to succeed.
They have three main competitive keys in common:
The incorporation of design and internationalisation at a strategic level.
A culture of systemic innovation.
The ability to apply advanced technologies in a transparent way to Username and thus increase the value that their products and/or services create for their customers and users.
These companies need to incorporate professionals with knowledge of design, innovation and technology and with analytical, creative and synthesis skills oriented towards the creation of technological and social components in the development of products, services and systems. Likewise, the industrial design professional is destined to work in open, dynamic, multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
What will you learn?
You will learn the most advanced techniques of design and calculation, prototype manufacture, modelling and first series production. You will be able to create designs in fields as diverse as automotive, industrial, aerospace, biomedical, etc.
With a vision of concept design you will be able to listen to the customer's requirements and transform it into an effective solution, always considering the technical and aesthetic aspects and ultimately seeking a balance. You will also touch upon the economic aspects of design, as well as its manufacturability, and never forgetting the environmental aspects.
