What will you learn?
The globalisation of content and audiences, as well as the proliferation of multinational communication companies, requires graduates capable of addressing international and multicultural audiences.
The new Journalism and Diploma in Global Journalism programme from University of Navarra, in a bilingual format, is distinguished by introducing international approaches and content in compulsory and elective subjects, by using the English language language for both knowledge acquisition and information production, and by incorporating academic and professional experiences outside campus, with trips to group and possible individual academic exchanges.
The Diploma Global Journalism will have 129 ECTS credit taught in English. Of these, 117 ECTS credit belong to Study program of Degree in Journalism but with the subjects taught in English and with a global approach . To these 117 are added 12 specific ECTS credit of Diploma: 3 ECTS credit of Communication skills for journalists, 3 ECTS credit of Effective speaking and writing, 3 ECTS credit of Key Issues in the Contemporary World and 3 ECTS credit of International Fortnight Abroad.
In some subjects taught in Spanish at Degree Journalism, Global Journalism students will be given the opportunity to choose the language (Spanish or English) in news production or practical exercises.

General requirements
The School Communication uses the following evaluation criteria for the resolution:
60% average of 1st of high school program.
40% result of the test admission.
Students opting for the bilingual programme must present, when registering at enrollment, any of the following qualifications:
Cambridge Advanced exam (Cambridge ESOOL Exams).
Level C1 of the Official Language School
TOEFL with the following criteria: IBT (Internet-based Total): 80 points or higher.
In the case of students who have studied the last two years of their studies at an international school where the language of instruction has been English (at least 50% of the subjects), they must present a document from their high school diploma at an International School where English has been the language of instruction (at least 50% of the subjects), they must present a document from their high school which accredits this.
