When you study International Relations program from University of Tasmania you will be considering some of the biggest problems in our globalised world. In the first year you will learn about the vast array of actors, institutions and ideas that shape world politics.

In the second and third years you have the opportunity to explore further key areas of global politics like international security and law, human rights, the global politics of China or the international political economy.

Studying international relations will develop your skills in researching and comparing cross-national politics and societies; analysing and evaluating complex systems; and autonomously researching, writing and presenting.
