Learning objectives
Apart from lectures, students take part in simulations, projects, group work and role plays. Experts from the world of finance will hold sessions which give students of the Finance program at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore the opportunity to see where they stand and help them orient themselves towards the right path for their future.
Career
By undertaking their initial work placements or internships, graduates will gain the knowledge to move confidently into the national or international finance community. Possible careers: manager in a banking institution (banks, asset management companies, private equity companies); financial officer in industrial or commercial companies; financial analyst; financial advisor in a law firm.

General requirements
The Bachelor in Finance requires proficiency in English, a strong background in quantitative subjects and a good standing in candidates’ overall scholastic record, in addition to general diploma requirements to be admitted into an undergraduate degree program in Italy.
Applicants must submit:
- Their complete high school transcript (see application guidelines/requirements).
- Motivation essay (answer the questions outlined in this template – other formats will not be accepted).
- Candidates whose GPA is 75% or above (31 points for IB Diploma curriculum) will be given priority consideration for admission into the programme as long as places are available.
- Candidates whose GPA is below 75% are still encouraged to apply, their profiles will be evaluated case-by-case by a dedicated commission if places are available.
