  • an education completed outside Finland, that provides eligibility to apply for higher education in the country in question 
  • bachelor’s degree or master’s degree 
  • an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma completed in an IB World School 
  • a European Baccalaureate (EB) Diploma completed in a European School 
  • Reifeprüfung (RP) / Deutsches Internationales Abitur (DIA) –Diploma completed in Finland 
  • general upper secondary school syllabus and/or the matriculation examination completed in Finland 
  • upper secondary vocational qualification completed in Finland 
  • further or specialist vocational qualification completed in Finland
