Why Health Foundations at The American Women's College?
The B.A. in Liberal Studies with a major in Health Foundations will prepare you to achieve your health-related career goals. The major combines core science and health fundamentals with broad exposure to the humanities. Program graduates from Bay Path University will be well-rounded health professionals. As a student, you will choose from a wide range of electives that center on the intersection of science and human health.
This bachelor’s degree will prepare you for employment in a variety of allied-health and science roles. However, with careful planning, you may use this program to help you plan for acceptance into a health sciences professional or graduate program. Although individual school requirements will vary, our Health Foundations curriculum was designed to meet the most common prerequisites of health professional schools.
As a Health Foundations major from Bay Path University, you will:
