The Gender and Women's Studies - Queer, Trans and Sexuality Studies Emphasis is an interdisciplinary program that works to contest historical, ongoing and pervasive oppression based on gender, race, sexuality, class, ability and citizenship. Students can opt for an emphasis in Queer, Trans and Sexuality Studies, which focuses on the intersectionality of discrimination.
