This Intercultural Business Communication (Hons) course at University of Central Lancashire (UCLan)  will prepare you for a thriving business career that crosses international boundaries.

You’ll develop your understanding of international business and the skills required to manage successfully in international and intercultural environments. You can shape your studies to suit your career aspirations by taking on optional modules in a business topics such as accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, politics, sales, tourism and trade.

Years one to three of our International Business Communication course are available to study at our partner SUIBE, located in China. Additionally, we offer Year 3 as a top up at our Preston campus.


As you develop your business knowledge and English language skills you’ll rapidly improve your skills in negotiating, communication, running meetings, giving presentations and other essential management skills. We’ll also increase your awareness of cross-cultural issues, preparing you to communicate in a truly international environment.
