You will critically compare different markets, organisation structures and strategies and their interrelationship with employees. 

The Business and Human Resource Management (Hons)  programme at Keele University  explores the formal and informal ways of regulating the employment relationship in the public, private and voluntary sectors, including employment relations and law.
