completed a technical school education at a state or state-recognized technical school as defined in § 28 of the School Act (German: Schulgesetz) or a comparable education in another German federal state or

completed at least two years of vocational training in a profession that is related to the intended course of study and that is regulated by German federal or state law, and worked in the profession for at least three years
