
Overview
Students of the Textile Design BA program from University of Hradec Králové , will be guided to learn about cultural textile heritage and its popularization in educational programs in galleries, museums and similar institutions.
Students master elementary principles of artwork creation such as stylisation, structure or texture. The emphasis is laid on working with content and form of an artwork, and on working with means of expression and systems of composition.
Career
Graduates can find work as designers in the textile industry, workshops, as independent textile artists and designers, or as members of fashion and textile design teams.
Graduates can also work as gallery educators, or lecturers of traditional textile techniques in galleries or museums.
