
Overview
Students acquire knowledge in music theory (history of music, music theory, harmony and polyphony, music forms, composition analysis, theory of music instruments, music for children, computer music, music pedagogy, music sociology, music psychology), theoretical basis of the instrument interpretation, knowledge in history and literature of singing and practical experience with interpreting the repertoire of various style periods.
Career
Graduates are prepared to study a Playing a Musical Instrument Focused on Education program from University of Hradec Králové (such as “Playing a Musical Instrument and Solo Singing Focused on Teaching at Basic Artistic Schools”).
Graduates can also find employment in cultural awareness projects, artistic activities, and religious organisations.
