Overview
Texas State University School of Health Administration is a high-quality organization with renowned faculty. We have taught competency-based courses that count toward nationally-accredited degree and certificate programs for over 30 years. Our school boasts nine board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives at the highest level of Fellow, six with significant international experience, five faculty with the rank of Professor, three certified at the Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, two board certified in health information management, one certified in healthcare finance, one certified in analytics (INFORMS CAP and PStat) and a Chartered Scientist of the Royal Statistical Society.

- When reviewing your application, Texas State will consider your high school curriculum, admission essay(s), extracurricular involvement, leadership, community service, work experience, quality and competitive level of courses taken and grades earned, in addition to other factors presented in your application.
- We strongly encourage anyone who is not offered freshman admission to attend another college, complete 30 hours of transferable credit with a minimum GPA of a 2.25, and apply for transfer admission.
