The structure of the Business Administration and Management program at IÉSEG School of Management offers countless benefits, including compatibility with global standards, which simplifies academic recognition:

The first three years provide students with a high level of general management education. Students gain substantial knowledge in the following disciplines: accounting, finance, human resources, international business, marketing, information systems, negotiation, and operations management.

The last two years will shape students into managers who are strategic thinkers with an ability to adapt to international and multicultural environments.

The two-year Master in Management cycle allows students to tailor the program to their needs through the nine specializations and approximately three hundred electives that are proposed.


The program is accredited by EQUIS, AACSB and CEFDG.
