Overview
The General Engineering (Hons) offered by Staffordshire University is designed for students that would like to complete an engineering-based degree but their qualifications don’t meet the entry requirements for degree-level study.
During our foundation year in General Engineering (Hons) at Staffordshire University students will:
- receive solid introduction to engineering and applied technology
- benefit from additional knowledge and experience before selecting a specific specialism in engineering
- achieve their ambitions
- gain basic engineering knowledge and skills
- gain hands-on experience in our electronics, mechanical, automotive, aeronautical and product design labs.
