Overview

You know you want to earn your bachelor’s in hospitality management, so let’s take a deep-dive into what you should expect in and out of the classroom. 

In your junior year, you will hit the ground running with your first of two required internships. Students have interned at a variety of resorts and restaurants, from New Hampshire to Florida to downtown Chicago. After graduating the Hospitality Management program offered by the Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, you will be able to draw on your internship experiences to succeed in hospitality-related careers around the globe.

All students complete the same core courses in hospitality, and select one of the following concentrations:

General Requirements

  • Complete application
  • Official transcripts from all institutions where you registered and/or attended. In order to be considered official, transcripts must arrive in envelopes sealed by the issuing institution. 
  • Applicants with less than 10 semester hours of transferable college credit must submit an official high school transcript, sealed in the original envelope with graduation date posted 
  • Official military transcripts, military certificates nationally recognized certificates and CLEP/DANTES test scores may also be submitted for evaluation
  • International Students
  • Proof of English language proficiency is required if English is not the applicant’s native language and/or high school degree was earned outside of the United States. 
  • Foreign transcripts must be translated and evaluated
