Overview
Circuit theory and design are key elements with maths being applied in their analysis. Other key elements are microcontroller engineering, power electronics, and digital communications.
The Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Industrial Experience course offered at The University of Manchester has a strong practical element with labs to support/enforce theory and project work in every year. The embedded systems project in the second year is seen as a highlight and encourages friendly competition between student teams.
