Cloud services (technology) provides a natural platform for optimising existing IT systems to increase operational efficiencies, while driving business agility and growth. Cloud technologies have transformed the way networking, data storage and processing, application development and infrastructure provisioning is accomplished.

The Bachelor of Applied Cloud Technology from La Trobe University  prepares you with knowledge and skills across information systems:

  • VCE: VCE Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English (EAL) or at least 20 in English other than EAL, OR equivalent academic level achievement, OR at least one year of work experience after leaving school.
Selection criteria
  • All applicants are required to complete an online Language, Literacy and Numeracy test administered by Didasko that also assesses capability to undertake online study. Applicants must achieve a pass mark of at least 60% in this test.

  • You may satisfy the academic requirements by completing the STAT multiple choice if you:

    • are not currently studying an Australian Year 12 (or equivalent)
    • have no prior secondary school (Year 12), VET studies, HE studies or relevant work experience that can be considered for entry, or
    • do not meet the minimum academic requirements for the program.
