    PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is a language test that enables students to demonstrate their writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills when applying to study in English. Delivered and marked by computer, it reports on a scale between 10 and 90.

General Requirements

  • Prerequisites: SACE stage two specialist mathematics or mathematical methods or equivalent.
  • Assumed knowledge: Knowledge of SACE stage two physics or equivalent is assumed.
  • To gain direct general admission to an undergraduate course at Flinders, you must have successfully completed a recognised secondary education qualification overseas or in Australia, and satisfy our English language proficiency requirements.
