This programme is for those with specific interests in business management, operations, and planning theory. It's for students who intend on becoming qualified in management positions in a variety of industries.

The aims of the programme are:
  • To prepare you for careers in business and management by developing your systematic, broad, analytical and integrated understanding of key aspects of business
  • To study organisations, business and management and the changing external environment in which organisations operate
  • To equip you with both practical skills that enhance their employability in business, and with broader cognitive, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills which provide the foundation for lifelong learning.

Academic Requirements

You should have a minimum of 120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5 with an average overall score of 55%, with no failed or referred courses.

Applicants must be competent in English. Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent in a Secure English Language Test. Alternatively, students with an overall IELTS of 5 or 5.5 can study our Pre-Sessional English language programme prior to degree studies.
