The Organisational Leadership program offered University of New England course is geared toward individuals who are preparing themselves to be leaders of tomorrow whether in government, church, military, statutory, non-profit or commercial organisations.

The UNE Bachelor of Organisational Leadership brings together a highly structured, well-rounded program that concentrates on managerial issues ranging from leadership to organisational change, ethics and strategic planning.

 It also includes an advanced academic skills unit that helps students refine their writing and information literacy skills for tertiary study, as well as leadership units that are specially tailored to focus on social issues in a globalised world.

General Requirements

  • This course may not be undertaken concurrently with, or upon successful completion of UNE Bachelor of Training and Development.
  • A candidate shall submit two referee reports from employers or senior colleagues (on company letterhead) and a resume; and
  • (a) hold an AQF Level 6 Advanced Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline* from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and at least three years' relevant professional experience**; or
  • (b) hold an AQF Level 5 Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline* from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and at least four years' relevant professional experience**;
