Overview

The 3+1 Management degree  option takes the best of Keuka College’s traditional management major and enhances it with the addition of a master’s degree in management, all within four years. In the same amount of time you planned to earn your bachelor’s degree, you can graduate with a master’s degree in hand, giving you a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Learning outcomes

The 3+1 management degree option still offers you a broad overview in business, management, and leadership. The base of your degree will still include courses in accounting, business law, strategic management, economics, finance, marketing, human resources, and statistics.

But now, you’ll maximize and enhance your new bachelor’s degree by leveraging it directly into a fourth-year master’s program, hosted here on campus for the traditional 10-month academic year. You’ll continue in your study of management, developing your own personal leadership style, learning how to unify people around products and services so you can become a successful manager in nearly any industry.
