Overview

The general music degree offers a student competency in basic musicianship that will serve them in a variety of liberal arts pursuits. This degree allows the student to choose 20 interdisciplinary electives or choose an elective emphasis (music ministry or applied music).

  • Submit official high school or GED transcript (all freshmen and transfers).
  • Submit official college transcript(s) (applicants who have completed college coursework).
  • Submit official SAT or ACT test scores (all freshmen applicants). SAT school code 4701 and ACT school code 0432.
  • The required Christian Experience Statement prompt is listed below. Limit your typed response to 500 words. Statement will be evaluated on content, grammar and spelling. Include your full name.
