Career
The Wrexham Glyndwr University Careers and Employability service is there to help you make decisions and plan the next steps towards a bright future. From finding work or further study to working out your interests, skills and aspirations, they can provide you with the expert information, advice and guidance you need.
Graduates will be able to register as an Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council, entitling them to work in a variety of health and social care settings both in the UK and abroad.
Many graduates find employment in the NHS, social services, third sector and in private practice. Students go on to work in a range of areas such as working with people with complex needs, acute health needs, mental health issues or learning disabilities. Our graduates have also taken up opportunities to work overseas.
