About

Prior to selecting a major, students should consult with their advisor and the chair of the department of art and art history. Art History is offered at Drury University.

Overview

All students who decide to major in Art History at Drury University should officially elect a faculty member from the department as their formal advisor and consult with that faculty member prior to course registration each semester.

The programme

This major is for students who wish to develop an appreciation and increased understanding of the various roles that the visual arts have played in different historical contexts from the prehistoric period to the present.
