Along with 82 credit hours of major coursework, PreK-4 elementary education majors are exposed to real-life teaching situations during field experiences, student teaching and in the Department of Education’s on-campus Early Education Center, where learning growth is promoted in a developmentally appropriate manner on a daily basis.
