At the Biology - Forensic Science program at Saint Peter's University your study begins with a series of courses that give you an introduction to the major branches of biology.

Biology investigates the origin, structure and function of all life forms. From microscopic cells to enormous ecosystems, it is a vast and endlessly fascinating field.

After that, we help you strategically choose elective courses to support your career goals.

Perhaps you’d like to work in medicine? Or maybe the emerging field of cytotechnology?  Or do you gravitate toward forensic science?

Whatever your interest you can choose electives and special research projects to provide the in-depth learning experience needed for your career, professional and graduate studies, and advanced research.

In support of the University Mission, the Department of Biology provides individual attention and grounding in the Life Sciences while fostering the education of a diverse community of learners.
