About

The entrepreneurship program in the School of Business will provide an opportunity to combine creativity and innovation in business while learning in a hands-on environment. You will develop additional skills, knowledge and the upward career mobility necessary for advancement in your career through our Business Beyond the Classroom program, the Mentorship Experience program, and participation in our Business Plan Competition where cash prizes are available. 

Faculty who teach courses in entrepreneurship are highly qualified with advanced degrees in business and who possess skills and knowledge learned through experience in business; some own their own businesses. Small class size allows you to get to know the faculty and receive guidance from them while you pursue your goals.

    The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00. Along with your application, you should submit the following:

  • ACT scores from the American College Testing Service or SAT scores from College Board accepted. Students over age 21 who have not attended high school for three years and have not previously taken the ACT or SAT exam, must take the ACT Residual Test, which is offered at Henderson’s Testing Center.
  • An official high school transcript, GED certificate or home-schooled transcript
  • A Certification of Immunization
