This Finance degree from the Atlantic Technological University is for you if you would like to:
Focus on a career in the financial services industry
Focus on skills like business analytics, IT, communication and problem solving
Maintain some flexibility - you can switch to another degree in GMIT (Marketing, Enterprise, Accounting or General Business) up until the end of second year
Upon successfully completing Year 3 students can then apply internally for Year 4, Bachelor of Business (Honours) Finance and Economics. Lecturers on this programme are highly qualified accountants and financiers with considerable lecturing experience, some acting as examiners and lecturers for the professional accounting bodies. They maintain very close links with all of the professional bodies, as well as with industry.

- The minimum Leaving Certificate entry requirement for all Higher Certificates (Level 6) and ab initio Bachelor degrees (Level 7) is Grade O6/H7 or better in five Leaving Certificate subjects including Mathematics and English or Irish with a minimum of 160 points.
