Neuroscience program participants will enter the program as sophomores or juniors, complete requirements for a bachelor of science degree granted by their undergraduate institution and complete requirements for a master of science degree by Morehouse School of Medicine.
The Neuroscience Institute is located on the main campus of Morehouse School of Medicine, and is part of the Atlanta University Center. The Neuroscience Institute has been awarded a Specialized Neuroscience Research Program grant for the B.S./M.S. program by the National Institute of Neurological Disease and Stroke.
The goal of this program is to promote and assist underrepresented populations in their endeavors in neuroscience research. Our current undergraduate partners are: Clark-Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College.
