At First Nations Studies from University of Wisconsin Green Bay students take part in oral traditional learning experiences within the University classroom as well as in tribal communities, learning from tribal people.
Graduates with First Nations Studies from University of Wisconsin Green Bay will:
- gain a deep understanding of the Federal Indian Policy, American Indian Justice system and laws, Tribal Sovereignty Issues, and explore the rich history of the American Indian people and culture.
- gain understanding and respect for cultural diversity, as they learn to appreciate all walks of life.
